Power converter location?

I've been pulling what little hair I have left out trying to locate the power converter on my 08 Raptor 38 ft. toyhauler with 50 amp service.

My batteries are not getting recharged unless I put an external battery charger on them.

I have checked every fuse and breaker I could located. All are good. I pulled the breaker panel out in search of this elusive converter that I figured had to be here.

I'm either blind or it's hiding somewhere else. Possibly by the water heater?

Somebody has experienced what I am.

Please help!

If your trailer is a 5th wheel, the most common place is behind the rear basement wall. If it’s a stand alone converter then it may be close to the breaker panel, there is a plug built into some breaker boxes on the back side for the converter. You could remove the breaker box cover, and then the breaker box mounting screws to look behind it. You might be able to test/fix or replace the converter through that space.

If you find it’s failed, it would be a good time to upgrade (more amps).

Thanks for the reply. I actually finally found it by pulling the breaker panel out of the wall and following the power cord to it hanging above the panel box. Very well hidden!
