Could my CO Detector Really be Controlled by Battery Cut-off switch?

I've heard that for whatever reason (some safety concerns, I'm sure) CO detectors are still active when the battery cut-off switch is "OFF".

I've looked at my CO detector and the green power light turns off when I turn off the battery cut-off switch and as soon as I turn it back "ON", the green light comes on.

Does that mean it's supervised by the cut-off switch?

It is understanding that the latest version is a whole house cutoff, I have not seen one yet but have heard of them.

Sounds like it. What would really help would be if you go up to the UserCP and add a signature with the make, model and year of the trailer and truck> Then you'll get a lot more relevant answers without a bunch of of back and forth questions to get the information.

Is this camper new? New to you? Factory disconnect switch? Aftermarket battery switch installed by you or previous owner?

The trailer is new, the switch is factory installed located in the side compartment with all the water connections.

You got it now! Keystone has come out with a new disconnect that does actually disconnect everything, finally. Sounds like that's what you have.
