On our 3120RL the bolt that goes into the trolley in the upper track, is bad the trolley has what appeared to be a plastic nut, which stripped out. Any one have this happen, if so where did you find a replacement part

Without the year and make, I couldn't search for the exact part. Suggest you fill out the "signature" information in User CP to provide rig and tow year and model, as seen below.

You don't give any specifics about the trailer so is pretty difficult to give in depth answers.

If you're talking about the shank that goes into the rollers in a sliding door, yes I've had them break. Keystone provided me with replacements and they had been upgraded with the plastic pieces removed; never had another problem after replacing.

Ended up finding a replacement on Amazon, already installed and worked great
