TT Roof Enhancement

Dear Keystoners,

As someone who has made a living for three decades by building structures that don't leak, I am unable to reconcile myself to the EPDM-Filon detail on the front of the camper roof. It is simply too prone to minute leaks in our tropical climate with huge temperature fluctuations and rainfall measured in feet.

The fundamental flaw is that the termination bar is on the horizontal roof plane instead of the vertical front where it belongs (in order to be naturally resistant to water intrusion). Has anyone done a proper redesign of the roof? I'm going to have to replace the Filon anyway so a complete rebuild isn't out of the question.

Regards,

Sam
