Question Radio issues

Help! My radio stopped working. The speakers turn on however there is a clicking sound instead of music. This is a new unit. Less than 30 days old. Does anyone know why this happened

Sounds like loose connection. You can pull the unit to check. While in there, if the antenna is rolled up in a ball, stretch it out.
