Mods to our Sprinter 29BH
We *finally* got the mods to our new trailer completed (well there are still a couple of small ones to do yet). However, the biggest ones are done!
When I went to winterize the trailer I discovered that the HW bypass valve and the valve for the water pump to draw up anti-freeze were behind two screwed in panels that effectively made under the sink unusable (formed a *small* triangular area under the sink).
So what we did was to build up the floor under the sink and some "walls". The floor has a hinged panel that allows access to the water pump and the water heater bypass valve. As you can see in the photos, it's a much more usable space.
By the front door is a "pantry" but only one side had any shelves. The other side was just one big open area. We added 3 sliding drawers to the open side and 1 drawer on the side that had shelves (we did this when we remodeled the kitchen in our house and found that having sliding drawers keeps us from having to reach in and try and find stuff in the back).
In full disclosure, I didn't do this work! This was done by the same folks who did the remodel of our kitchen in our house.
