Bad Power Converter

Recently, I had an issue with the power converter on my new travel trailer. On the third trip out since we took delivery, the battery was no longer receiving a charge among other issues.

I took trailer to dealership, and keystone covered the repairs with no questions asked! Dealer changed out the converter, and I had the trailer back in 24 hours. Keystone covered all!

Wow, I called my dealer for an inspection and their response last week was to give me an appointment in late September. It must be nice to have a dealer that is responsive and let's you bring it in without waiting weeks.

Thanks for sharing a positive note. Good deeds by the dealers usually get drowned out in the noise of the negative stuff. I've always had good luck at mine as well.
