Coat/Hat rack mounting?

Not really specifically Keystone related question, but I want to mount a coat/hat rack to the back side wall, just rear of the main entry on our '10 245RL. According to the stud finder, there are no studs in the wall between the door and the rear wall.

Any recommendations on what will hold a hat/coat rack just thru the wall panelling?

sort of looks like this one -

I built my own rack that will fit from "stud to stud" beside the entertainment center in our Cougar. I couldn't find anything that was "ready made" that I could adapt to the space I wanted to use and the paneling is 1/8" luan, far too weak to support anything hanging on a rack held in place at two points along the length. I bought a 1x3x36 inch "finished" oak end cap in the kitchen cabinet section at Lowe's, cut it to length, installed my hooks and drilled 4 holes (two on each end) where I knew there would be studs in the wall. Installed it 2 years ago and so far, so good.

Liquid Nail or the large commander hooks should work

I used the large commander hooks for pool/beach towels in our last RV. They worked okay, had to replace the tape on a couple after a few uses. If I did it again, I'd install with some gorilla glue. If you're willing to put holes in the wall to hang a coat rack, you shouldn't have any concern permanently installing something with some gorilla glue or 3M tape like they use on body trim panels. Both should hold very well and make it dang near impossible to remove.

Our Command hooks in the bathroom for towels and near the front door for light jackets and hats have been up for three years and no signs of problems with them.
