Yes. Depending on the care the slide bulb seals and wiper seals have had, how clean they are, what type of rain water has been on them, how dirty they've become, how much sunlight they have received, how long they were "in storage against the trailer sidewall" (whether they stuck to the wall or not) and what type (if any) lubricant/rubber conditioner you used on them, they may be "shot" in 2 or 3 years, or with "delicate, almost loving care" they may last longer. Some people get several years out of them, some get a couple of years and some people, quite frankly, don't even know there's a bulb seal on the slide.
It's hard to imagine that your bulb seals were "singled out" for rapid deterioration while those on the trailer built before and after yours have no issues, so it' likely not a "material deficiency" or a "substandard product" but rather the conditions and care your seals have had.
They are easily replaced, not too expensive, and it would probably be a good idea to take a piece of the damaged seal to your dealership and see if they can order it. Ask how much, if you think it's excessive, then take your time and shop around for a better deal. If you try to order online, the product is relatively inexpensive, but shipping will probably make the price comparable to your dealership. You may find a source "online" near you where you can order it and pick it up at their store. Check around for good deals.
But, it's not "out of the ordinary" to have seals damaged and in need of replacement after 2 or 3 years.
