2014 cougar model 293SAB awning concerns

i have just read there is a recall for some of theses awnings,and will be checking my serial number.-but here is the problem im having. we have a touch board and a remote for the awning.unit worked fine one minute,then wouldnt extend the next-the touch board works for all other functions.we did find the awning will extend with the remote,but about 10 seconds later it will automatically retract,by itself.it will extend again only with the remote.but then retracts automatically. im thinking either the touch pad switch may be bad or the switching relay might be stuck on. thoughts anyone??
