If new it may still have air in the lines, reservoir may low on fluid or system may need calibrated.
If air in lines operating them will eventually work it out.
If low on fluid, be sure all hydraulic slides/jacks are retracted before adding fluid, fluid should be 1/4-1/2" from the fill opening. If all hydraulic items are not retracted before filling expect a big oily mess next time they are.
To calibrate use manual mode & check a level on several surfaces til it's levelled to your liking then follow the calibration instructions found in your manual or online for your leveling system. Once calibrated it should be to your liking every time you hit auto level.

I would manually lower all landing gear check your level with a carpenters level, adjust accordingly. Also check the fluid level in the fluid level in the reservoir. Once you are level and fluid levels are ok, follow the instructions to set zero.

The mid and rear levelers are connected together on each side. One is Lead and other is follower.

The system is self bleeding so try 3 to 5 extensions and retractions of the level up system .... pausing a few minutes between cycles to let pump motor cool

Do the extension and retraction in Manual mode observing solid contact with ground on extend cycle.

As last resort Lippert customer service is really good and you may find Keystone is no help at all.
