Keystone Laredo 2nd grey tank handle

2018 Laredo with 1 black and 2 grey tanks. During the walk around at the dealer they pointed out the 2 tank valves, one for black and 1 for the grey tanks. Last weekend the sink would not drain and after crawling around under the trailer I found about 4" of spray foam insulation sticking down from the enclosed underbelly. I broke off the foam and dug around and found that there was in fact a 3rd valve for the 3rd grey tank but no handle attached. I found a replacement handle at etrailer and ordered Valterra Waste Valve Extension Tube with Handle - 8" that fit perfect. It appears that the handle was never installed at the factory and the guys that did the walk around did not even know that there should be a handle and valve for each tank. Just FYI.

Paul, that is all too common and a shame. The "walk thru" person should have known more about the unit, and in the end, if we are not knowledgeable to some degree, we are then left with ?? Unfortunately, in my experience, the "walk thru" guy is a salesman the couldn't begin to explain the operation of the trailer. Next time get a guy that actually knows the trailer - a tech. Hopefully things are going to go better now.
