Fuzion 371 Door

We have had our Fuzion for 3 months now. Used it once. Have had a warranty claim in for door delamination for two months. Turns out dealer dropped ball after getting a reject from Keystone. Lippert door and they claim they are damaged. Can't be with what i see. Anyone else have delam prolems. I created a short you tube of my issue.

Re: Fuzion 371 Door

Welcome to the forum. It's unfortunate that your having an issue so soon. Did your dealer give you any documentation from either Keystone or LCI ? You might want to start dealing with Lippert directly while keeping your dealer in the loop. I've seen things denied by the factory when submitted by the dealer, and then approved when the customer started dealing with them. I am a case in point, so I can say it works.

Re: Fuzion 371 Door

I will be contacting Keystone tomorrow. Apparently started out with poor documentation. That is why i created a video to show either LCI or Keystone. Worth a try with a better visual.
Thanks

Fuzion 371 Door

Photos are better than videos. We use lots of photos with different angles. Warranty person at factory can zoom, inspect stills better than videos.

A picture of your finger pushing on solid door and another one pushing on a soft spot is better than a video.

Re: Fuzion 371 Door

You could be right. Only problem is a number of pictures were sent in and they still rejected.
LCI said there was no way a door like this could have left their factory.

Re: Fuzion 371 Door

Did anyone take any pictures of the interior side?

Re: Fuzion 371 Door

Yes and that area showed some collapse as well. It could be what triggered damage idea. But screen is not damaged etc. My concern is that no one is stepping up. I have pictures of it when we picked it up and it shows there also.
Why didn't we catch on our inspection? Probably not observant enough.
Oh well. Will see where it goes.

Re: Fuzion 371 Door

We have a Fuzion 345 and noticed two small cracks in our shower surround after 8 months. We took it in and Keystone would not approved it fixed because they said it was damaged. Sounds like a recurring theme. I think if your dealer goes to bat more for you, you may have a better chance. We didn't have either and paid $100 to have someone come to the house where we store it and fix it.

Better luck to you!
