Question 2010 Cougar 318SAB

Looking at our first 5th wheel, online with a dealer near our FLA home (we're in NYS at the moment) and wondering if there are any words of wisdom on this model. They're asking $21K, but make an offer.
Are there issues with this model that you care to share.
We, snowbirds, intend to travel to Ohio for June-Sept and back home, and a weekend or two a month exploring in FLA.
It appears to have decent storage for our needs in Ohio. Will not be able to physically look at the rig for about 3 weeks.
Appreciate your insight.

That's the model I own and enjoy it very much. In FL 2 AC's would be nice. Mine only has one but it keeps is cool even in the high 90's. We have talked about getting a larger unit as we use it as a second home due to my working in another city. Good luck.

Ours is a 2011 model. The floor plan suits our needs very well, and have never needed all the storage space even going for 3-4 months at a time. It has been very reliable too. No regrets with the 318SAB for us.

We have that model and we loved it past tense. It was great to live in over last winter for 4 months. We hauled it at first with a 2012 F250 6.2l but that revved up to 4,000+RPM on long hills so we moved up to a 2015 F350 6.7 and now I have to look in the mirror to see if it is still there our only problem with it was a place for the DW to sew (she's a Quilter). We have traded it in for a Lifestyle Alfa Gold Side Hauler with a storage room 8X4 and will be setting it up for sewing. We were given $16,000 on a tradein for it.Where in NY are you? We are in the Lake Grorge area if you want to see some of the mods that I made and are near by PM me.
