New member looking for feedback on Bullet 248RKS

Good to be here on this board. I am freshly retired (66 years old) and I'm considering a possible purchase of Keystone Bullet Model 248RKS. I thought it would help me feel more comfortable with the final purchase if I could see what folks were saying about the unit and Keystone products. I may be asking some questions but mostly I'm interested in what others have to say.

Liberty, MO, is a suburb of Kansas City, MO, up in the Northeast corner of the metro area.

ellisk, and congratulations on your recent retirement! There's quite a few Bullet owners here, and I'm sure they'll chime-in soon, but in the meantime here's a few threads to get you started.

We've had ours since Feb. 2013, full-timing for almost a year. We upgraded the TV and moved the original to the bedroom-pretty easy to do once I found the mount I liked. Had a pretty cold winter for So. Texas but our unit did fine. Propane consumption was acceptable and we stayed warm enough with the help of an electric throw. No complaints here.

We have a Premier Bullet that we lovfve and our friends have a 248. They love it and have had no issues over the 2 years they have had it. Good luck.
