Dehumidifier

When I read RV tips on some sites, they say mold is a huge problem for making an RV last. They suggest getting a decent dehumidifier. I live in Northern California and winter is approaching. I want to keep my RV for a long time. Is it worth the $200 for decent dehumidifier? I am a full timer.

It's worth what you want to spend. I have an Eva-Dry 2200 and two Eva-Dry 1100s. The 2200 is in the living area, one 1100 is in bedroom, the other 1100 is in the closet near the bath. I empty them about once a month. In the long run, it's cheaper that continually buying chemicals and the dumping the spent chemical in the trash.
