Arkansas Highway 67 Little Rock - Poplar Buff

What is the condition of this route, are the expansion joints rough like the I40 and I55?
It is a been a few years since traveling this route but it was a fair alternate to traveling I40 in eastern Arkansas when traveling from southern Illinois.
After Christmas pending temperatures I will going to Memphis for a few days and to Austin TX area for a day before the final 100 miles. If cold it would be straight for Austin area thus Highway 67.
In Texas I normally turn south at Texarkana traveling through Marshall, Tyler, Waco.
Other post seem to verify staying away from Dallas when your 55 feet long and I40 because of continued construction.
