First camp in new Raptor 352 - heat question

Hello,

Finally made it out to an actual campground to actually camp!

Had one semi-major issue on our first night. The kids sleep on the bunk in the garage, and they were FREEZING all night. The whole trailer was pretty cold.

I set the HVAC control on the In Command panel to 68, and the fan came on.

Sounded like the furnace clicked, but it never really got warm. The propane tanks are full, valve is on and working, as the stove had fuel for the flames. There was little to no heat coming through the floor ducts, but air was flowing.

The fan never came on in the garage, though I set it to:

Not sure if the fact that there is no temperature showing in the ‘zone’ field has anything to do with this issue.

Hoping this is something simple that a newbie overlooked. Any advice is appreciated.

PS: sorry the in command pictures are sideways. Couldn’t figure out how to flip them…
