I have had 4 gennys and gave up the ones that take 2 people to lift. These newer types that take 2 2000w and connect them when you need that much power like the A/C is what I did. There are several brands to look at. I choose the yammy 2000 for those reasons light wt. quiet and was going to get the 2nd unit 4 years ago but have not gone to the hot areas where a A/C is needed off grid yet. So, I still have just 1. The 2000 works the unit great. I do not use the microwave and coffee maker at same time but, no other overload issues. I went with all LED lighting.
