Cool Keystone sprinter door lock issue

I have a keystone sprinter 330kbs 2017. I can’t get the entry door to latch shut. The dead bolt will hold it shut and I can push on it really hard from the out side and get it to latch, when I am inside I cannot pull it tight enough to get it to latch, it has a plastic handle and I am afraid I will break it. I replaced the original lock when it started happening last year. It worked for awhile but now it’s back to the same issue. The RV is level per the auto leveler. Also the outside kitchen door lock will not hold the door shut. The outside thumb turns hold it shut. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The strike plate can be adjusted on the entry door frame. If the outdoor lock doesn't catch enough of the frame, that's an easy fix, just take the screws out of the frame on the bottom and insert a shim between the door frame and the trailer body. Put the screws back in and you should be good to go.
Shut the outdoor kitchen BEFORE you make any repairs/adjustments and look at the gap between the door and the frame, Im guessing the ends will be small and the middle will be wide. The repair I described has been the fix for us at the shop.

Had to do that for our passport on way back from Florida. Took me a few minutes to figure out the problem then, like you said, easy fix.
