When you checked the breaker panel, did you switch the breakers off and the on? Sometimes the breaker tripped but it looks like it didn’t and appears to be ok. I would physically switch each breaker. Same with the GFCI. I would hit the button on it so I know it is reset.
If you are sure it is not a breaker or GFCI, then you will probably need to pull an outlet out to start troubleshooting. Are you comfortable working with electricity?
