Long time ago I heard the old saying:

You have never heard of an RV, who, after using a larger than needed truck to get to the top of a long grade, get out at the top, kick the tires and say "darn you for having too much capability!" But there are plenty of people on the other end of the spectrum.

Although not required here in the US, maybe it should be. Some people who have never driven a Class A motorhome go down to an RV store and buy one, then drive it off the lot. They usually have no idea of how to manage the differences in size from their subcompact car to a bus sized RV. It takes time and effort to learn. (I learned the difference by driving a deuce 'n a half for the Army back in the last century; I had my driver's license for about nine months at that point).
