Speakers on the awning

Does anyone know how to take the speakers apart that are on the awning on the keystone RVs. Both of my speakers have a short and I need to open them to re- solder the wires
Thanks for your help

Look on the back side of the covers, there should be a number of small Phillips head screws. You’ll find that there is almost enough wiring to work with LOL, BTDT.

I pulled all the screws out and I still can’t pull the cover off.
I tried to pry it apart but No go.
I’m missing something.
Thanks for your help.
