Welcome to the forums. Not sure I can help, I'm not familiar enough with your model.

But one thing is certain, water does not run uphill. Above the wet spot is there an air conditioner vent or duct? Is there a sink or a toilet or a bathtub near the wet spot. It could be a leaking water line, it could be a leak coming from the roof, down the walls and across the floor. And it could be condensation dripping from somewhere.

Are you camping in cooler weather right now and running the furnace? Condensation inside campers is a common problem and enough water can condense on walls and windows and behind the bed mattress to actually cause puddles.

Has the roof been inspected lately? The tiniest crack in the calking can cause water to run anywhere from that point downward.

Again, more information is needed on your specific situation. There are just way to many variables.

But .... welcome to the forums! We're all here together to help each other! Just jump right on in.

Pretty vague question....
Let's start by me asking you a question then.

Were your speedos dry, or still wet?

This is a case where a signature would help. We have no idea what year so we can’t really give specific answers.

Pretty vague question, not much detail.
Is your water pump nearby? If it is it could have leaking fitting, check that first. The other possibility is a loose or failing fill hose.

My Cougar is a 2002 278EFS and I think they made a 276RLS around the same era. The OP lives at PoBox54? Seriously? Posted and then signed off after a couple minutes. This should be interesting.
