2020 Keystone Montana Slide Problem

Does anyone know what is causing our slide to be shifted out and causing damage to exterior.

As you can see slide drive has actually come out of sidewall and now on exteriors.

Motor does work but don’t want to move to far out which could cause more damage or not come back in.

I can’t help you unfortunately but there are some folks here in this forum and in the Montana Owners forum that can help. Until someone chimes in - google “Schwintek slide systems” and click on “videos”, and you will find videos showing the system basics and how some have fixed various issues. I like the ones from “My RV Works Inc.”

Just curious - your photo #2 looks like some damage may have been fixed in the past. Are you the original owner?
