330RL bumper

Hi all, I was going to get the Mount-n-Lock hitch to reinforce the bumper. Does anyone know what the existing holes are there for? Thank you

Your chassis is a "standard Lippert build" and was probably "spec'd out by Keystone" for some of the optional accessories that they include in some of their trailer lines, but not on your trailer line. Possibily holes used on an Cougar trailer or a Bullet trailer, but not on "your trailer" but all three use the same Lippert chassis.

Some of those accessories are a grill mount, a slide out bike rack/storage rack, a fold down bike rack/storage rack or maybe a spare tire rack (mounted on one of the chassis rails and both rails were "drilled for the mount" so Keystone could use the chassis on more than one "rear cap type" (windows on one side of the rear cap, they can move the spare tire to the other side so it's not blocking the window)...

Here's a link to the Lippert storage rack manuals: https://lci-support-doc.s3.amazonaws...cd-0002319.pdf

And a photo of how one type of "OEM cargo rack" was mounted using similar holes on an older production of a Lippert Frame:

The Outback 330rl uses a BAL Norco huck bolted frame and those holes are the "cargo rack prep" that Keystone advertises

You didn't say why you're trying to beef up the bumper. But so you're aware that bumper was designed to carry your sewer hose & not much more weight than that, the bumper is just barely more than heavy soup can. Also would not recommend adding a hitch to the bumper, welded to the frame would be a much better option if you want whatever you add back there to arrive where you do & not in the grill of someone behind you.
I know that Mount n Lock advertises how much it supposedly strengthens that bumper where in fact it only moves the stress points a little away from the welds on either side. No the weld won't break out but it will a 1/2" on either side of the weld.
