UPDATE.....UPDATE.....UPDATE.

All the pertinent information and data was collected at Camping World, Burlington, Washington, and sent off to all the folks involved.

Resa Quinones, Service Advisor, was tenacious when this ball fell into her hands, after a few dropped balls..... by others.

Mostly COVID fallout that has effected all of in one way or another...

I know you'll never catch me on the last roll of TP ever again

So, anyway, after my "crappy" attempt at levity

She got it all sent out, and the results are WONDERFUL.....

Lippert is paying for all of their warranty covered items, parts and labor, and the extended warranty contract is covering the rest, parts and labor.

Not sure when I will get the trailer back, as the supply chain is still stuck in COVID, might cost us to miss trip #1, which, can always be shifted to the last one of the year

Keep the faith folks, there are some good folks out there who really do care, we all have constraints and conditions that must be adhered to and dealt with, it's not that folks don't want to help....

They want to build and sell trailers so folks can enjoy life, and to a market that will allow many to access it, things happen, that is life.

We're all human, if we can't do right ourselves, we shouldn't expect others to, either.
We need to work together, as best as we can....

One GIANT SHOUT OUT for Camping World Burlington, Washington!!!

I'm glad to hear the positive ending to this. The RV thing takes time and patience many times for everything to fall into place. Sounds like it did for you. I don't know what position the person you dealt with at CW held but my SM at my CW goes to the wall for me and I've had some unbelievable results with warranty work. Faith, patience, perseverance (along with the help of some good folks along the way) helps one achieve the goals they hope to reach in the RV world. Kudos to all.
