AC fan works only on Low
I just developed a strange problem. When the AC is on, the fan only runs on the Low setting.
Any ideas?

In my last RV the high speed was actually the second blower. There was a startup capacitor that had to be replaced.
I just switched to new 5th wheel and one of my many projects is getting details on my AC capacitors. They are easy to replace, but hard to find when you need them.

I'd look first at the thermostat, not the air conditioner. If you've still got the original thermostat, it has a fan speed setting for AUTO/HI/LO. If it's set to LO, the topside unit will only run on LO. If it's set to AUTO, the topside unit will change fan speeds to meet the set temperature by changing fan speeds to increase cooling air volume.
I'd first check the thermostat setting, then verify the thermostat is working properly....
If, by chance, your thermostat has been changed to a "home unit", then chances are the fan speed setting is not available on the new thermostat and the topside unit is limited to being a "one speed fan"....
Keep in mind that the fan speed RPM difference between HI (1325 RPM) and LO (1150 RPM) is barely detectable with the noise from the air rush in a typical "roof mount air conditioner"...

What brand of RV and AC?

The thermostat is the original that came with the trailer, a Coleman Mach.
For the fan settings, both Auto and On, each has a High and Low setting. The fan only works at the Low setting. On the High setting, I can hear the compressor running, but no fan. That is for both On and Auto settings.

The RV is a 2018 Keystone Outback 272UFL, the AC unit is a Coleman Mach 15.

I'm nit sure if you're asking me about my old RV for reference or the OP. Just in case mine was Winnebago Destination with basement AC. I don't recall the model, but it had 2 blowers and 2 compressors. The hi low fan speed controlled if 1 or 2 blowers. The 2nd compressor only kicked in if the actual temp grester than a certain variance from the set temp.

Ah yes, the Basement AC. I’ve only seen 2 so it slipped my mind.
