3750FL front slide bottom on the outside sagging?

Are any other owners experiencing this sagging problem on the outside of the two front slides on the bottom. Anyone taken theirs to the dealer for a fix?

Unhappy Under front slideout plastic cracking

Mine isn't necessarily sagging, but after a long cold winter in South Dakota, with the slides pulled in all winter long, when I slid them out on our first nice 75 degree day, the plastic is all cracked up. Has anyone had issues with that and is replacement necessary as it will probably happen again(mine is a 2011 3750FL).

Haven't had the sagging problem yet, we live in Texas. I have had a litany of other issues.
