Jerry is trying to have a little fun! He wouldn't drive a Japanese brand vehicle if it was half priced. Veteran pride!

I dunno, I haven't seen many 3/4 ton gassers with less than 3k payload. That's not an insignificant difference.

All gmc 2500 up to but not including 2020(and I'm sure the other big two) with diesel engines are extremely close to the 2000 lb payload mark, "if equipped". The gas models are up to 3000(?). Mine is 2700 lbs with what most SLE'S are equipped with.
So, that would make his Titan XD 3/4 ton close as far as payload alone is concerned.
And his IS equipped, which I guess would make it a unicorn.

OP hasn't checked back in for a couple of days so I suspect we won't hear about his truck''s payload. Wish him safety and good luck.

Lots of rhetoric here.
You can't get hung up on the 1/2, 3/4, and 1 ton basic description.
You've got to use the yellow sticker on the driver's door jamb.
I've seen some pretty puny 3/4 tons and some pretty stout Tundra and Titan 1/2 tons.

Outback 335CG
Hey Rando! We have an Outback 335CG, & don't live too far from you, up near Nashville
I've read that some folks have mounted something like the Condor Motorcycle Chock Stand, but we've only used tie-downs for the time-being. The chock stand does take up a little room, and the size of the bike may be too much with that and the stand in that cargo area. I'd also consider using just tie downs, and then a rubber wheel stop (like for the trailer wheels on front and rear, held in place with a bungee cord) to minimize additional movement. We also put a strap around the front brake to keep it engaged...no issues with that so far.

I have put air bags in, was told they wouldnt fit. I have no complaints on how the truck handles with the load. very comfy with a little air.
The underbelly is fully covered, i have an attachment I use when hauling in my little trailer, just not sure it would work in the cargo area. I try to get pics loaded!
thank you for the welcome in!

Welcome Rando.
In a previous toyhauler, I installed 3/8" T nuts through the floor to bolt down a wheel chock. Remove the 4 bolts and the chock was removed leaving a flat floor. It will require you to get to the underside of the floor to install them.
