We got the TT in August and took it out twice and had no problems with sway, bouncing or anything except in the 40 MPH winds. I never said I wasn't going to tow with out a WDH. That's why we are getting one put on. The whole purpose of this was to get input as to what kind of WDH to get.

Your original post asked about WDH hitches or "other options". By that I thought you might be implying going without a sway control was one of those options. My thought on the Andersen vs Equalizer has been posted. Good luck on your choice.

We had the Equalizer on a former trailer and really liked it. When we purchased our present trailer, they put on a different type, and we didn't realize what a huge difference it would make. It was horrible. We've just switched to Equalizer. A few on this forum have the ProPride on their shorter wheel-base vehicles. It's really awesome but really expensive, and there are no distributors. You have to buy directly from the company.

Thanks, I probably should have worded it different. I meant other options for brands of a WDH
