Last month we purchased a new 2012 Vantage 32FLS. Today, I was pleased to get a questionaire from Keystone regarding our trailer. Since the Vantage is still at our dealer's awaiting Spring, I will not be able to complete the questionaire until we take receipt of the trailer. However, as soon as we can, I will be pleased to fill out the questionaire. I believe it's important for Keystone to get direct feedback from their customers for their products. The last 2 trailers, we never heard from the manufacturer (neither from Keystone) and I alsways wondered how they can correct/improve their products without knowing their customer experiences.
