Any of you have any experince or thoughts on these sway bracket jackets ?
They don't do a very good job explaining how they work.

I just bought a set. I hope they quiet the bars down some.

They are quieter but don't totally remove the squeaks edpecially on sharp turns. I haven't run without them, however, I did experience a couple of hours of 60mph traveling across Canada with broadside wind gusts of 20mph or more and very little sway. I have the newer keepers with the bail vs pin so I had to modify the jackets with a hack saw in order for the bails to latch.

That's where I got mine. Some Fastway chain holders too.

Now that you've been using them, what do you think?

I had the Equal-i-zer on a former trailer and got the jackets as part of a test. They were the best thing possible. No more grease. No more squeak. No less sway. Inexpensive so it is a best buy. Get them!

Mine were quite a bit quieter to start. After about 200 miles, they are noisier. Not as bad, but definitely know the bars are back there.
