ooze under and around windows

OK to trim it off with a razor, or leave it there?

You must be talking about the black sealant around the outside of windows. I'm sure we all have it going on to some extent. I just trim around mine and pull it off.

Brand new unit. The window frames are black, but the sealant is the same tan color as the side of the coach.

I wouldn't use a razor for fear of cutting/scoring the gel coat which might allow moisture to infiltrate and set up de-lamination? I have trimmed the excess butyl caulk using a plastic putty knife.
