I keep a de-humidifier going in our 327 RES year round when we are not using it. This will prevent and eliminate any chances of sweating inside due to humidity and temperature swings. Here in Southeast Texas we will see a few days of cold weather then a few days of warm weather. Takes a couple of days for the temperature inside the trailer to adjust. Any humidity inside will start condensing out on the cool windows, walls and furniture until the temperature adjust. Cost me about $10.00 a month to run the de-humidifier and every thing stay dry and clean. Cheap insurance and sure makes the trailer last longer.
