How to remove Refrigerator vent top on roof

I'd like to remove this top piece to clean and caulk the area. It looks like the screw holes have some kind of filler in them. Before I damage something I thought I would ask for advice.

Screw holes probably have Dicor or ProSeal in them. You can try just using a long screwdriver to dig it out. Or you can use a long Phillips head on a driver, it might also be a squarehead #2.

On my trailer, it was simple silicone. I just grabbed it with a pair of needle nose pliers and the whole plug just pulled right out.

When I do any reseal work I just use Dicor since it’s in my gun.

I refilled with clear silicone. I found a lot of junk collected under that refrigerator cover. I cleaned it up and resealed the area with Eternabond tape.
