Not anyone on this forum !!!!! We are not affiliated with Keystone RV manufacturing in any way (other than most of us own Keystone products).
Have you tried calling the Customer Service Department in Goshen ???
(866) 425-4369 They're open 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday.
If you have a question, you might consider asking it here and giving as many details as you can, possibly post some photos if it's a "difficult to visualize in writing" kind of problem.... Chances are somewhere between "good and great" that a member has either had the same problem and solved it themselves or they have had a similar problem and know who to contact to get resolution....
We're a "forum of members helping members", so ask away.

Odds are also "good to great" that if you're emailing or calling anywhere but the contact info John posted all you're going to get is "contact your dealer".

lol well, didn't expect that answer. So no help from Keystone's rv website and i'm not calling them, most likely be on hold for who knows how long since they don't answer emails. So here's my question. I have a 2013 Hideout luxury western edition 30rkswe.
The top slide wiper needs replacing due to misalignment from the previous owner. It looks like this one might fit, by comparing the pics i took. Can anyone confirm please.

I don't know what the original looks like but you can use Trekwood to see what they have. I would use them to find what it is then look for it somewhere else as they can cost a lot for shipping;

You can also use the guys in this link if you know what you are looking for;

as stated this is not Keystone's website just a keystone owners forum. I see your in Chilliwack, why don't you just drive down to fraserway RV and get them to order the correct part in for you? or at least get the part number from them to reference it.

Dumb idea, you think i didn't think of that? They don't deal with keystone for one. They will want me to tow the trailer there which is a real pain considering the time and traffic.
Why wouldn't i just take it to the three dealers we have here first? Because its the same issue. No one is a keystone dealer and they do not recognize the seal when i show them a pic. And just maybe its a 2013 and this wiper hasn't been used since then. Like i said dealers haven't seen this wiper before.

I’m willing to bet the seal isn’t a “Keystone” part. And since I’ve been in this field, I have noticed that personal will move around for whatever reason. Maybe there’s a guy there that HAS seen that seal, and a source for replacement. Couldn’t hurt to at least call and ask…

There is a company, Colaw, https://colawrvsalvage.com/ that deals not only in new RVs but in salvaged parts as well. There was a fellow there, Josh, that helped me with sourcing the right slide wiper for my Cougar. It might be worth a try. 877-548-2125
Good Luck
