Plastic valve underneath. ???
On our 2019 Alpine we have a plastic valve sticking out through the coroplast underneath about midway close to the axles. I know it's not the low point drain. This valve is an additional 4th low point valve. I can't figure out what it's for. It will let out a small amount of water when opened, but from where?

Is it approximately in line with your fresh water fill port? Sounds like it could be your fresh water tank drain.

Fresh water tank drain would be my "guess" as well. There are three drains under most RV's. Two low point drains (hot/cold) and the FW tank drain. On some it's a 1/2" PEX tube with a cap or a valve on the end, on others (usually with a much larger FW tank) it's a 1.5" slide valve. If that's what you have, if the FW tank's full, stand clear when you pull that slide valve !!!!!

OK. This is an additional 4th drain. My hot/cold drains work fine. The FW drain is in the rear close to the tank itself and works as it should. This 4th valve is a mystery to me. Don't know what it does or what it's hooked up to.

chuckster57 is correct. On my Alpine 3101RL with the residential fridge there are four drains, Two for low point draining under the convenience center, one at the rear under the fresh water tank for draining and the fourth one about midway down the length of the RV between the two axles for the fridge draining. There is a second valve for the fridge under the island sink.

I do agree it is for the ice maker. What I don't understand is, why would you even need a drain for an ice maker? When you drain ALL the lines for cold weather, the line going to ice maker will be drained also, because it's spliced into a cold water line. Doesn't make since to me, but everything works and that's what's important.

Low point drains
I have four drains under the Corplast. I have never turned my residential fridge off since we bought the unit. I keep it plugged in to shore power at home and on the road. I suppose if I did turn it off there might be some frozen water that would eventually drain out. That is the only reason I can come up with for the dedicated drain for the ice maker...it drains at a different rate than everything else. Just a guess. Aggie 77...love your signature graphic!

Usually the residential refrigerator is in a slide and the sink (water source for the ice maker is tied to that cold water line) is in the island located in the main trailer section. That means the ice maker water supply line has to leave the trailer and be flexible so the slide can move in and out. Usually, the way that's done is to route the cold water line under the trailer, use a flexible water "hose" and then route it up, behind the refrigerator to get water to the refrigerator.
That's the way every Keystone residential ice maker has been plumbed that I've seen.
What that means is during cold weather, the ice maker line is exposed and subject to freezing. The drain lines (usually there's one under the sink and another under the slide) are there so you can turn the water supply to the ice maker off and prevent freeze damage by "disabling and draining" the ice maker supply line while continuing to have and use the "protected parts of the water system".....
So, the extra drain valves (2) are intended to drain water from that part of the water system while allowing the remainder of the water system to be used as it normally is used. In other words, they "isolate and drain" the ice maker line only.
ADDED: There is a diagram on page 45 of the 2019 Keystone owner's manual that depicts the way the ice maker is plumbed and helps to understand why that line is (should be) drained during cold weather camping, if the remainder of the water system is to be used.
