Slide sticking

Just finishing doing some slide maintenence. Cleaned and treated all exterior surfaces. Cleaned all inside and outside slide seals with slideout rubber seal treatment, both sides of the seal. Noticed the top of the kitchen slide was catching and then suddenly releasing. Further inspection and I noticed when I pull the slide in, the inside seal is bound up under the outside seal. This causes the inside seal to not extend as its suppose to. The rubber binds together causing it to catch. Any ideas on how to fix that. Trailer is a year old, out of warranty, and seals are in great shape. Thanks in advance.
