Country RV Kelowna BC

Kudos to Country RV who did stand by what they sell and cover the cost of repairing the faded front cap and the rear wall delamination on our 2013
331MKS. Unfortunately I can not say the same for Keystone who in my mind have a total disregard for their customers.

I agree, Country RV has exceeded all my expectations, they are really great to deal with, especially the warranty dept.

They just don't seem to like doing wheel bearings. Called them a couple of times (different years) and got pushed out 2 months so I made other arrangements.

But they fixed my slide out issues when I first got my unit. and I have not had anything go wrong to take it back in the 5 years since. Parts dept is reasonably well stocked and that's about all I go to them for now.

I'd recommend them to someone buying but will not buy from them for many years to come as I like my unit and won't be swapping until I retire.
