If Russia keeps "loaning" Canada all this cold "Siberian chill" and Canada keeps "sharing it with their neighbor to the south" as in this past week, you'll probably encounter "tundra conditions" the last couple of weeks in March. From my experience with "northern tier" spring weather, it's about as "volatile" as any and you can't count on things remaining the same from day to day, much less from year to year. I'd say, look for cool/cold nights, mild/cool days and hope it stays that way, but don't forget your sweater and lots of propane "just in case"..... Once you get west of the mountains, things should improve significantly.
