I replaced 1 liter of hydraulic oil with Maxima Fork Oil Grade 15 and it eliminated the popping.
Lippert has a LIP Sheet on its website explaining the procedure.
It does state a second quart/liter may be needed.
Hope this helps.

If you do a forum search for "POPPING", you'll find a number of posts regarding the 6 point levelling system and issues with popping. There are a significant number of discussions regarding the addition of fork oil, different brands and varied results with some other types of oil additions. You might find that reading interesting before you decide on which oil to use.

There is quite a bit of posting regarding the popping. I know Lippert has made a few suggestions regarding different type of oil to use. I was wondering if one was better than the other..thanks for the replys

I did the stiction fluid fix about 1 1/2 years ago and it stopped the popping. I used the CAT fluid, only because there were no motorcycle shops near my location at the time. I don't think any one is better than another, but the procedure did work. Below is pasted the contents of Lippert's Lipsheet 0295:

LIP Sheet - 0295
HYDRAULICS
ADDING ANTI-STICTION FLUID TO LCI HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS
Introduction:
If there is a popping noise in a Lippert Leveling system, Lippert has approved adding a quart of anti-stiction
fluid. Approved fluids are listed by brand name and fluid characteristics below:
1. Torco RFF Grade 15 (Fig. 1)
2. Maxima Fork Oil Grade 15 (Fig. 2)
3. Caterpillar Hydraulic Oil Additive 1U-9891 (Fig. 3)
For maximum results in the shortest amount of time, please follow the preparation and procedure exactly
as written below. Failure to follow the preparation and procedure may result in delayed resolution of the
audible disturbance.
Preparation:
1. Obtain a clean container (large enough to hold a quart of fluid)
2. Obtain a fluid extraction device (siphon, turkey baster, etc.)
3. Fully retract all hydraulic cylinders and jacks.
Process:
1. Using the fluid extraction device, remove one quart of fluid from the power unit reservoir.
2. Add 1/2 quart of the specified fluid.
3. Extend all hydraulic cylinders and jacks fully.
4. Add the remaining amount of the specified fluid.
5. Fully retract all hydraulic cylinders and jacks.
6. Run the Auto-Level feature on the Level-Up system per the instructions found in the Owner's Manual.
NOTE: If the noise persists, the addition of a second quart may be necessary. Follow steps 1 through 6.

I'm surprised you are having problems on a 2013. When we bought our Alpine, I contacted Lippert and asked them about the popping issues. They assured me that it was a problem with past systems, but had been corrected by 13.

Perhaps the system on my rig is a 2012. Popping is just the latest, street side landing leveler leaks and I just changed the remote brain. So far, Lippert isn't on my vendor of the year list

What is your build date?

I have a "2015" that was built in May of 2014 I have seen some later built 2015's and they are different from mine.

Lippert may be a little bit optimistic in their thinking it was fixed. I ordered my 404 in Feb. 2014, received it in April 2014 and mine pops often. I'm going to do the oil procedure as recommended this spring

You would think they would have fixed this issue by now. Considering this was all discovered 2 years ago. My new 14 FZ 342 is popping but it seems only when it is parked on a solid surface. Concrete or asphalt. You would think if the additive was the fix. This would have been done an all units by now. Right now the front jacks are on concrete and popping We will see if it does it in the dirt next weekend.

I have a 2013 Fuzion 342. I noticed the "popping" was more pronounced with temperature changes. I contacted Lippert and they recommended the Caterpillar additive over the others. I bought some, put in the reservoir and have had no problems since. Based on my research (reading some forums other than this one), I was convinced that the problem was beyond Lippert's control. It was a result of Keystone using cheap (translate to substandard) ATF in the initial setup of the leveling system. I have found way more complaints about Keystone quality and cost cutting than I have about Lippert component quality.

GOOD LUCK! YMMV

I have a 2014 fuzion that I have never heard it popping, we set it up for the summer at the beach, it is not on solid surface. I just put a piece of 2x8 under each jack, maybe they put different oil in mine. Who knows it might pop this year.

Level up popping fix

States to extend jacks fully. How high will it take the tires off the ground.
