No water (holding tank or hose)

Can not get water in camper, Not through holding tank or fresh water hook up? Has anybody had this problem? Any ideas what it might be? Its a hornet platnium

Not sure why you can't get any potable water into your FW tank. I just use an open-ended hose and place it into the potable water inlet and let the water flow into the FW tank. Have you checked the connections to make sure none of the hoses/lines have come loose? Does your FW gauge read anything? Can you see water coming out of the underbelly or onto the floor of the RV near the filling inlets?

For city water, hook up a hose and attach it to your city water connection and it should go into your lines. There is a check valve which may be faulty and preventing city water from going into the lines in which case you would see water "coming back" at you from that connection.

water

I am posting for my dad, water will go into the tank, you can hear pump but no water coming through the camper, same with direct water hook up no water coming through the camper

For water from the tank...is there a winterizing valve turned so that the pump won't pull from tank?

Thanks for the advice, It was the safety valve where the water comes in to the rv
