FZ 301 Shower

My last Touhauler had a fairly small shower and I swore that the next time I bought a new trailer it would have a larger shower. Well as it turns out my FZ 301 has a bigger bathroom but a slightly smaller shower, go figure! Well we were browsing the Camping World add and found a pretty sharp solution to my problem. The Extend-A-Shower curtain rod. This thing is pretty cool and should get me plenty of extra room. Now to wait until spring so that I can get in there and see how it works. During the winter months the Toyhauler becomes a storage unit for my motorcycle tent trailer and cargo trailer so its pretty full now.

We have a shower extender rod in our Passport and love it. It makes a huge difference in the size of the space available for a shower. We actually bought it at camping world for our 2002 Outback and other than the mattress it was the only other thing we transferred to the Passport. It's cool the way it slides inside the shower when not in use and extends when you're ready to shower .

We have the 301 also and went camping this past weekend. I looked into installing on our shower. I think the cabinet over the sink will get in the way. If you try it and it works please post. We did buy the Oxygenics shower head and we love it.

I looked at my shower in my Fuzion 300 (same shower and bathroom setup as the 301) and it doesn't look like that shower extender will work without some custom setup. Please post some pics of how you get it in there.
