Depends.
You need service then check other RV dealers.
You need parts then check out Amazon.com and eBay.com.
I've used both for parts these past few years.

If you have a favorite local auto parts store you might try them. I buy all my parts/supplies from my neighbor who owns a Carquest store in our small town. Although he doesn't stock RV parts, he can get most anything I need overnight or in a few days. Prices are way cheaper than CW, plus we don't pay freight unless its drop shipped from the mfg. I'm able to "shop local" and support my local economy and I get the parts I need for a fair price.

I try to use the two suppliers in my town as much as possible. One, no shipping charge is they have to order it and no hassle return if something isnt' right. Two, they'll help me figure something out. Three, I can touch and feel the item and four...it keeps the money local as much as possible. The both use the same generic catalog.
