Camping World Columbia, Missouri Kudos
Took our new Cougar 31RKS in at 9:00 yesterday to have two slideout toppers installed and a window shade repaired. We purchased the unit at the Camping World in Springfield, MO in May, two weeks before this new CW opened 4 miles from our house.
They called yesterday at 3:45 and said they had finished. The slide toppers look great, straight just the right amount of sealer applied on the upper rail and the brackets.
The shade just needed one of the strings adjusted. It now works perfectly. It wouldn't stay up was the issue.
