Rear Stabilizers Repeatedly Damaged

I've got a 2010 Keystone Springdale camper. In the 8 months I've owned it I have damaged 4 scissor-jack rear stabilizers. The problem is that they hit the ground when pulling out or backing into a spot.

The Springdale is on a good level with the truck. The stabilizers are fully retracted,

Are there other who are experiencing this problem?

Has anyone come up with a solution?

Thank you!

If you do not or can not raise the trailer by flipping the axles you can try moving the rear stabilizers a little forward. This may cause your trailer to be a little less solid when set up however.

made mine removeable

On my older TT I would rip these off regularly. I would return from a 6,000 mile trip , only to back into my driveway and tear off another jack. So I just removed the bolts and used the big D shaped clevis pins and used them to hold the Jacks onto the frame mounts. Quick on and quick off. Lippert had the jacks on clearance for about 20 bucks each..Free shipping too (this was a few years ago, may not be the case now) Good luck

swbouton, Howdy;

could just eliminate the rear stabilizers and
use a pair of jack stands instead.....
only a suggestion.
