Like some of the others have said, we use our crock pot a lot when camping. One of our favorites is, Pot Roast. Get a london broil beef roast, put in crock pot, sprinkle top of beef with envelope of dry onion soup mix, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, cook 6 to 8 hrs on low. Very tender and delicious, we usually have a baked potato and a veggie with it for a great fast meal.

I will be helping Barney set up a group next week in the forum's "Social Group" section. Members who are interested in sharing recipes and other cooking ideas can join up once this special interest group has been established. Until then, please hold on to your favorite recipes and other cooking comments.
There are several other Social groups that have aleady been formed by members who own the same model RV's and tow vehicles.
This newly-formed cooking group as well as our current Social groups can be accessed by doing the following:
1) Find and click on "Community" in the blue bar at the top of the page.
2) From that menu, click on "Social Groups".

Again, please wait until the group has been set up before submitting any further recipes or cooking "stuff". Thank you.
