Awning not working

Hi new to this site i have a question i have a keystone cougar and my aweing will not open all fuses are good and new motor installed last year , my question , the battery disconnect switch should be in the off or on postion to keep the battery charged, the trailer is hooked up to 50 amp everything else works any suggestions would be appreciated

I believe the battery shut off switch needs to be in the on position to run accessories. Off position when in storage or not in use. That's how it is with my Outback.
Double check fuses, battery voltage etc...Click image for larger version
