Dometic A/C units

I have a 2017 Montana Country that I purchased new, the problem I have is the A/C units frequently shut off when the temp gets to the set temp but won't come back on until we turn off the unit and restart. I have changed the thermostat 2 times and it does not change anything. Is there something else I can do? Is there a better thermostat I can use to replace the ones I have. The problem is with both front heat pump and rear A/C unit.
